1. Identity of the Data Controller
LetyAI Inc, located at 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, Florida 33131, United States (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through the Lety platform (the “Platform”).
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected directly by the Company in connection with users of the Platform.
Any personal data that users collect, upload, or process through their own use of Lety for their business purposes remains the sole responsibility of those users. In such cases, Lety acts as a service provider or processor.
In particular, where an End User interacts with an artificial intelligence agent deployed by a Lety user (including under that user’s own brand), the privacy notice of that Lety user — and not this Policy — governs the processing of the End User’s personal data; in that relationship, LetyAI acts as processor and the Lety user acts as controller.
If an End User contacts LetyAI directly to exercise any of the rights described in Section 8, and the request relates to data processed by LetyAI as a processor on behalf of a Lety user, LetyAI will forward the request to the relevant Lety user without undue delay, without prejudice to the End User’s ability to contact that Lety user directly.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not store credit or debit card data. Payment processing is handled exclusively by third-party providers such as Stripe. We may store limited billing identifiers (e.g., customer_id, subscription_id).
4. Purposes of Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Account registration and management
- Providing and maintaining the Platform
- Customer support and technical assistance
- Billing and payment processing
- Service improvement and analytics
- Security monitoring and fraud prevention
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Marketing communications (where consent is required by law)
We process personal data based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or user consent, depending on the context and jurisdiction.
Where any of the purposes described above involves a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning a user or similarly significantly affects them, we apply the additional safeguards required by Article 22 of the GDPR and, where applicable, the obligations for high-risk AI systems under Annex III of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the “AI Act”).

- AI processing providers (e.g., OpenAI, when applicable)

We do not sell personal data.
The list of sub-processors above may be updated from time to time as the Platform evolves. The current, up-to-date list of sub-processors may be requested at any time by writing to Support@lety.ai.
6. International Data Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.
Where such transfers involve personal data of users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another valid mechanism under Chapter V of the GDPR, as further described in the Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) that LetyAI will make available to its users.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Account data may be retained until deletion is requested or required by law. Certain financial identifiers may be retained as required by applicable regulations.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the data protection law applicable to the user — including the GDPR — grants rights of erasure, objection, or restriction of processing, such rights may be exercised as described in Section 8 of this Policy, and the relevant data will not be retained indefinitely but only for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing or to comply with legal obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of personal data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Request data portability
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Opt out of targeted advertising (where applicable)
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
- Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority in your place of habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement

We will respond within 45 calendar days or within the timeframe required by applicable law.
For users located in the European Economic Area, we will respond within one (1) month of receiving the request, which may be extended by a further two (2) months where necessary for particularly complex requests, subject to notice to the user, in accordance with Article 12(3) of the GDPR.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Operate and secure the Platform
- Analyze usage
- Improve functionality
You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though certain features may not function properly.
10. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Minors
The Platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
In particular, users located in the European Union may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority in their place of habitual residence, pursuant to Article 79(2) of the GDPR, and may bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
